Ivory Essentials Spa

This person scheduled my appt after knowing she was unable to receive payment through Groupon. There was no notification or update letting me know that she had an issue with Groupon. She didn’t answer the phone or any messages until the time of my appt when I was at the building and then she told me she couldn’t take me. When I asked when she found out she said it’s been a couple days since she’d been working on the issue. Mind you, my appt was scheduled within those couple days. Very weird, very Unprofessional. In addition, the receipt, google and the voicemail had three different addresses. One number and she’s unreachable

I truly needed this. She was kind and soft spoken. The space had a sense of calmness that I appreciate. I got a deep tissue message and she was asking to be sure it wasn’t too much pressure. It was but it was what I needed so I said no lol. Truly appreciate finding her.

Shakera was wonderful! My massage and facial were amazing. She is kind, friendly and very welcoming. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in the door. She is well trained and knowledgeable of the body! Not only was she attentive, she was intentional about making sure I was comfortable the entire time and even took the time to educate me. She communicated throughout the entire process and created such a serene environment. I will be back to see her again and I recommend everyone gets a massage and facial from her too!
